The accommodation can be found on the northern outskirts of Talybont on the A496. Surrounding the house are level paths and lawned gardens.
Car parking is newly laid level tarmac to the side of the property, from car park to the front door is approximately 16 meters.
There is one step from the level front path and porch into the hallway, which is 22 cm.
Once inside all of the ground floor is level. On this floor there is a double and single room with additional wash hand basin and private shower room across the hallway. The door into the shower room has an opening of 59cm and a walk in shower with one small step. Also on the ground floor is the garden room where the dining room and lounge area can be found. There is also a further two lounges on this floor.
Leading to the first floor the staircase is 83cm wide with a solid banister, there are 5 steps, 22cm high, to a small landing, a further 3 steps to another landing and a final five steps to the first floor landing.
On this floor there is an en-suite king room with large corner enclosed shower with small step. An en-suite twin room with large corner enclosed shower. A double en-suite room with walk in shower and a further double with en-suite bathroom and shower over a whirlpool double ended bath.
Parking area, paths, stair and landings are all well lit.
All our bedrooms have remote control teletext televisions.
A bus stop is approx 15 yds from the front door and run frequently throughout the day.
The train station is in the village approx 0.5 mile away.
Mobile phone reception on Vodaphone/O2 and Orange is good.
